I've got a rare folding knife for sale. Why rare, you ask? Because I don't make many of them :) This is my 14th folder out of 270 knives or so. I tinker with folding knives in between projects and while I've got fixed blades in the oven.

It's a Texas Toothpick style slipjoint in 3/32 CM154 stainless with blue dyed giraffe bone handles, 410 liners, and 416 pins. Blade RC 60, spring RC 48. The picture colors are correct, as the blue dyed bone showed some pink and purple as I ground it down thinner for the handle. Closed length is 4.15", blade length is 3.125", Open length is 7.3".

I built a few folders back in March that were super-snappers, really stiff, so I worked hard to get this one light and smooth with good walk and talk. The backspring is flush in open, closed, and half stop positions. Down side, it's a little slower than I'd like on the snap shut (but still closes smoothly without assitance) and the tip isn't centered in the closed position. Since I don't do many folders, I'm going to turn loose of this one for travel funds instead of having a folder represented at the Guild show.

SOLD, thanks.
