Blue Handle Native

I was at a Gun and Knife show in Topeka KS this weekend, and I saw a Blue Handle Native with CPM 440 V blade and a blue clip. At first I thought that it was a blade forum native, but upon closer inspection, The blade had nothing on it. Were there a run of these made for the general public? Thanks for any info.

As has been discussed in other threads, demand for the Blue Native at BladeForums was less than had been anticipated, so some that hadn't been etched yet have gone out into the marketplace. I have a couple that will go out on my table at a show or two, where 98% of people walking by will not be BladeForums participants. On the Net, I'll refer any inquiries on those to the BladeForums store, as long as they have them.

I now remember about that, I just wasn't aware that there were some that weren't etched.
