Blue loctite on sheath screws

Does anyone put blue loctite on the screws when attaching a sheath to the molle back? When the screws are as tight as I can get them the grommets still rotate.

Yep, I use blue loctite on all the scews.

Use a small piece of rubber (I use bicycle inner tube) to hold the grommet from turning while you tighten.

I also do the same to the screws on my gun holsters. I have yet to lose a screw...well maybe a few in my head.
