Made from 3/16" high carbon O1 tool steel, this lean, mean, streamline knife has a 5" hollow ground blade and an OAL of 9-1/2". The handle scales are black G10 garolite fastened with stainless binding bolts. A nasty little skull crusher protrudes out the butt of the handle.

The steel has been coated with midnight blue Duracoat and the knife comes complete with a multi-postion sheath w/small tec-lok.

Is that any good or what? One, you don't see that everyday. Two, it's incredible design, materials and workmanship. :)

If they need a special looking knife for a movie, that could be used!

What do you think Dr. D and Hondo3?

It might be interesting to make the handle screws black blending into the handle, then you would see all blue blade stand out even more.

Top of the line in every aspect! ;)

I just bought his SPIKE last week. Awesome piece, I highly refer this exceptional knifemaker.

I love the look of the blue blade agains tthe black handle, accented by the blue fasteners. It's a really slick piece of work. It's interesting to see such a slim recurve. It really works well.

I've got a friend looking for a double-edged dagger, I'm going to point him in your direction.

Great buy raker13, that's awesome! I am going to do the same thing get one as a Christmas present for myself!

hey there cousin Jack, can you tell me why you chose O1 tool steel for this knife, and advise on maintaining the duracoat and keeping it sharp.

Thanks.
