Is this the same blue that comes on the griptilians?

I don't think I've ever seen a Griptilian in this shade of blue. I've seen a Barrage that looked like the same color as this one, but the only blue Griptilians I've seen looked like a lighter color.

Maybe I was wrong. I just came across this image and it looks to be the same color as the 527SBK-USA.
