Good evening knife loving people everywhere. Here is a snazzy bird and trout sized knife that almost beat me down. Photoing pearly kirinite and shiny hollowgrind is tough with all the curves and angles. I think the final product looks pretty cool and will be a nice slicer for sure. The 8670 steel takes a edge like nobody's business in my experience so far and retains it nicely too. The kydex sheath has excellent 'thumb-pop' retention and the provided clip setup is adjustable for both scout mount carry and upright on left or right. Carry it your way. I was trying to do a shiny hand sanded finish on the blade like a knife I have by John Cahoon that is simply beautiful. My wonky arthritic hands worn down by decades of stoneware clay refuse. I wound up belt finishing it. Lots of folks can do that delicate work it appears, but I am not among them. That said, my goal is a good solid knife of classic materials at a reasonable price, and getting better at it as we go. Happily, I believe I am doing just that. My knives are warranted for life and I provide priority USPS shipping to your door. Thank you for checking out my work from BROKEN BRANCH CLAY & STEEL.
