This one is cable, I swear. It is just practically impossible to see it very well. It will probably show slowly over time with use. I forged this with some help a long time ago at Bill Cottrells in Tenino at his last hammer in. Fitting a guard for a stick tang is just not my idea of a good time! It also has proven to be very stubborn about showing the pattern. I know that there is a pattern there- you have to look really hard. I tried varying etch times, cold blueing, etc. Finally I conceded The guard was some scrap attempts at a feather pattern. The handle is Stabilized redwool burl. Sheath by maker. Overall this is about 3/16 thick, 1 1/2 at the widest, flat ground, 5 3/4 blade and 10 3/4 overall length. Definitely has a forward weight to it as well.
Asking 130 plus 10 dollars shipping with insurance. I back up all my knives with a common sense warranty. (use it like a knife and it fails- I fix it. Prybar means you shouldn't have done that!)
