That is a great looking knife, Christof. The drop point bladed knives you've shown on here recently are really eye catching. This one seems to have a little hint of Nessmuk or
Grohmann influence.

Is this basically a utility knife suited for medium to heavy use? What are wenge scales, and who is Luke? Thanks for your time!!!

Yep, an EDC utility knife. The pattern would be a good small bushcrafter, or general utility knife. Pretty much made to be easy to carry and usable. Barring heavy prybar work, I'd do just about anything with it.

Wenge is an African hardwood with a good impact resistance and is very durable. I choose durable woods for all the self handled knives, and the choice becomes as much aesthetic as anything among the more durable types. Wenge holds up very well to use.

I can't believe this is still here! Fellas, I got one of Christof's knives a few weeks ago and have been using it quite a bit since. His work is absolutely fantastic. Mine cuts like a laser, the convex edge is of such a configuration that it is extremely easy to maintain, fit and finish is impeccable, and the sheath work is TOP notch. I also think he gets the 15N20 up to it's pinnacle performance level with relation to its treat and thickness. If you don't have one of his creations, you will be extremely surprised and happy I believe.

I'l 2nd what ejes just said, only I have 3 outstanding knives by Christof. One being just like the above knife fo sale. It is 1 of my favorite edc blades.
