If you want a "safe queen" then this would definitely fit the bill. I can't imagine you would ever find another one in this shape. I like to use em though so it's not for me. I do understand the collect-ability appeal though. When I see stuff like this I have to ask myself what I want out of an axe and it generally leads me away from these....but I secretly still want em. lol

;-)))))))) Of course it is, and hey, you can just stick some scotch tape over the helve label to protect it and you could use it. It'll just wear a bit of that blue stuff off the blade. ;-)) Hope you get it my friend. That would bring you pretty close to the 300 mark. You're a True collector.

i dont know why, but i really wanted that thing. i finally had to quit bidding on it. i realized that i would never use it. its just to damn pretty.
but man wouldn't it be nice to have...
if i wasn't looking for the 'perfect' axe, i would have spent $ to get that thing. im sure i'll regret it later...damn!
did anyone here get it?
 
Only 75 buckazoids for a clean sweet axe. at the local antique places 'round here it would be at least 200.
