Blues Harp help

Anyone try the Seydel 1847? It's supposed to be a Marine Band on steroids(quality and price!). I just ordered the Seydel Blues Soloist Pro. Will probably get an 1847 soon.

What harp key do you all consider to be your favorite? I like A or Bb.

I have only fooled with the harp occasionally over many years. Annoys the dogs....
I can bend notes pretty well, but playing good blues harp takes considerable effort! We have a local fellow who does seminars now and again, he's one of those clever types that can play full chromatic scales on a diatonic harp. No expensive chromatic for him!
I currently have one of the Hohner "Special 20" models; the one with the plastic body. No worries about swelling or loosening from too much soaking.

Great thread, I have a couple harmonicas, my mothers father loved to play harmonica. Never met him, but I have a couple of his harmonicas. I can't say that I want to get back to the harmonica, because I never learned to play one. Gotta get my ass in gear.
