BLUNTRUTH4U tests

I really like watching his reviews. Something about the way he just puts it out there with no B.S. Very simple tests that tell me how the knife will do at work. I think he and I do the same work.
 
So, according to him hard knife will either chip or have a flat spot due to rolling, but softer steel somehow will do fine...
