Blur blade question

Hey all. I just got a new kershaw blur, 1/2 serrated, s30v blade in the mail.

I was wonding about the blade. Is it supposed to be slightly off centered when closed? It seems to rub agiains the side when opening and closing.

I can hear it rub against the inside of the handle when opening/closing. Its just kinda annoying.

It looks SLIGHTLY off center, but I've seen much worse. Is the edge making contact, or is there a scratch on the blade to tell you where the friction is? If the knife opens and closes without affecting the edge, I wouldn't mess with the pivot screw. It would help a little, but only if the blade is REALLY offcenter.
 
I just got the stonewashed plain blade S30v Blur a few weeks ago and my blade is a bit off center as well. Mine doesn't seem to rub though when opening and closing. However, it does rattle a little when the blade is open. I'm guessing its the torsion bar rattling but I'm not sure if they all do this.
 
With our AO's you will see blade's that are slightly off center from time to time. In almost all cases the blade does not rub against the scale when opening.
If it does rub, it is a warranty issue, although a few here on BF's have tweaked back a few off centered blades with little problems.
 
When my Mini Cyclone TiZDP came in yesterday the AO didn't work too well. I backed off the pivot screw about 1/4 turn and it opened right up so I tightened it up to about 1/8 and it still worked fine so I kept working it up till it was just barely back from where it was and that's where I left it and it's still doing great.
