The spear blade Stryker is one of my favorites so I bought the tanto version to try. I like the spear bladed version better so I'm selling this one. It has some patina and spots on the blade so it would make a good user knife. The tanto design gives a very strong tip because the blade maintains full thickness almost all the way to the tip.
I sharpened the edge with a DMT Aligner and it had a uniform edge that is very sharp. The nitrous fires the blade well. I don't detect any side to side blade play but there is a tiny bit of up and down play. I did not mess with the screws but there is some adjustment available by rotatin the stop pin.
Spyderco Manix 2 "franken-manix" M4 blade $160
I bought this one just as it is, with M4 blade and black G10 scales. The blade came with patina and I don't think it has changed much since I've been using it as a work knife.
The knife functions well, locks up tight with no blade play, the blade is almost completely centered, there is just a tiny bit of stickiness to the lock. The rest of the knife is in good condition. It had to have been disassembled to change the blade, and I have not messed with the screws myself, but I can't find any signs of problems with it.
I did a test of this knife against my S110V Manix 2 by cutting a lot of cardboard, and I've sharpened the knife with a DMT Aligner system to just under 20 degrees per side since then. It has a good edge on it.
Benchmade 760 $170
This knife is in good condition, M4 steel! The edge was very uneven when I got it, I sharpened it on my DMT Aligner to a nice uniform edge. There are some light marks on the Ti, nothing significant.
