I know this has been discussed ad nauseam....but. I haven't read a thread within maybe the last year so maybe things have changed. If you care to weigh in please feel free to do so. If you'd like to throw a "kick a dead horse" comment, that's welcome as well.
I will be purchasing one of these soon and the chance of this well-informed community swaying my decision is fairly high.

The ZT 450 Ti is one of the best knives I have ever owned. It is just the right size, weight, good steel. I have never owned a BM 940, so I can't comment their.

I will, someday, own a 940-2. But deciding between both, I chose the ZT. The slim, ergonomic design is comparable, but I love titanium frame locks. I have absolutely no regrets. Definitely the best unobtrusive edc I’ve owned. Truly don’t think you will regret either of them. Just decide what materials you prefer and go for it!!

I owened a 940 a while back, it was a good knife but felt to slim for my hand, so I sold it. I've held the 0450 a couple of times and it was very smooth, but the back point of the knife seemed to dig into my hand. I've also heard that it's not the best cutter as it's thick behind the edge. Between the two I think I would still prefer the 940 to the 0450 but the 0450 still tempts me....

940 all day long.
My 450 never gets carried on account of the persnickety flipping action. Breathing on the lock bar makes it impossible to flip.
Nice looking knife tho.

I own all three and the 940 all day everyday, of course closely followed by the 940-2. The 940 locks into my hand, I keep dropping the 0450cf.

940...simply for the aftermarket parts... Like this :D. You can also get some really sweet scales for it and it's just a great edc imho.

I've held the 0450 and it felt a bit dainty in my L/XL hand. I have owned a 940 for years and don't plan on getting rid of it until my kid steals it from me. He's been eyeing it since the day it arrived. Then
I'd have to get another. Maybe upgrade to something like the 940-2001.

No thank you.
I've handled the 0450, and found it awkward due to its size.
The 940 has never appealed to me (include the 943 on your list, and I'll vote).

I prefer the Hogue Ritter (RSK MK1-G2) over both of them...it's less expensive, and (if you buy new) sales support KnifeRights

So you're only hang up with the 940 is blade shape? If so, that's good input in itself.
While not "heavy" the Hogue Ritter looks like it's 1.6 ounces heavier.

I don't worry too much about the weights, honestly. (I carried a ZT 0200kw, almost exclusively, for over 2 yrs; and that was approx 8 oz.) I'm much more concerned about how the knife feels in hand. It's been quite while since I handled the aluminum 940...while I don't recall any specific complaints, I still don't have a 943.

If size and weight are concerns for you, I'd take a Spider Monkey over the 0450 any day. It's what I carry most of the time at work, when a lightweight knife is what I want.

I had a Spider Monkey for about 3 days. Didn't like that it wasn't easily opened without some wrist.

I have both and those two are some of my favorites in my modest collection of 20 knives. I feel the 940 is more hard use than the 0450. The ZT has a more dressy gentleman's feel to it...if that makes any sense.

I've had three (still have two), and not had that issue. The copper one gets a little stiff if I don't use it for a few months; but it's a quick fix.
Regardless, best of luck with your search. There are plenty of people that love the 2 knives you mentioned; so either of them would probably be a reasonably safe bet... and, if you find you're not a fan, they should be easy enough to unload.
