This was an impulse purchase not long ago, because I have always loved the Ares. The Winewood scales on the Leupold just take the Ares to the next level in terms of appearance, IMO. I will call it "like new" since I am not the original owner, and I had it in my pocket a day or two, but as you can tell from the photos, it is about as close to new as you will get for a limited edition like this. I do not have the box. I matched a lanyard to it, that I will include in the trade deal if you like it, or I can take it off, if not.
Much as I love the model, I do not collect. I only have a handful of knives that I carry and use. As of late, I have become so accustomed to autos and flippers, that I will not EDC this, so no point in putting wear on a limited edition.
I am primarily looking for autos (UT, LUDT, TR3 & TR4) and flippers (ZT0393, ZT0095, ZT0452, ZT0562, ZT0609). Feel free to make offers by PM, but my window of interest has been pretty slim these days. Will add or receive cash, depending on the trade.
