Yellowish micarta in fair condition (no cracks). Blade marked SEKI-JAPAN. Unknown steel. Edge has been resharpened many times, and it looks it (see scratches in pics). Minor side-to-side blade play.
Get this if you want a beater Al Mar not to worry about.

Camillus ARCLITE Cuda Neck Knife

Darrel Ralph design. Made in USA. Uncertain steel, but I think it is 420HC. Takes and holds a pretty good edge, anyway. With kydex neck sheath. Carried, used, and sharpened, but in good shape overall.
