I've had the 940 for over a couple months now. It is easy to flick open and i dont find the points to bother me when i open it slowly. The linear lock is standard thickness. As far as the G10 grippyness, its okay. Doesnt get snagged in my slacks when i try to pull it out quick at the office. Its a keeper.

Easily flickable. The liner is a little on the thin side for me, as is the blade. I can't help but think BM could have gone heavy duty on this knife and had a winner on their hands.

Cutter, they DO have a winner! Had they beefed it up, they would have had a heavy-duty winner! ((( )))
