BM-E comments

Ah, Cliff, there are fields, and there are fields. Was it rye, bluegrass, or fescue? There are different coefficients of friction, you know. Or perhaps it was (like so many others with field experience) a field of dreams. If you make it,...

That is one seriously abused knife. Jerry told me, that as you are pounding it into a nail, you're supposed to mutter "I love you" to the blade, or it will lose itself when you are not looking, kind of like Frodo's ring.

Enjoy the voices, it's fun to listen to their arguments! If they are German, they can be placated with the right beer...

Nice looking handle. I would considering flaring it at the end as well as possibly thickening the butt to allow for greater comfort in a two fingered snap grip. Have you worked with side swells? I would also adjust the slope on the back to reduce pressure in a full back grip. This would make it necessary to drop the rear guard to get the security back. Lots of possibilities with grips and most of them are very personal.

Swede :

Was it rye, bluegrass, or fescue?

I never considered that. Maybe I need to market an entire line, not just the one knife.

OK, that was funny!!!:D :D :D
I was away and missed it.

Cliff,
you never cease to amaze me; your ability to abuse a knife is nicely foiled by your humour. My hat's off to you; I see you are truly a non-partisan abuser...
