Just about. The scales are different, the 886 is a mini sentinal, but the idea is the same. For $35 BM will do a blade replacement and getting a pe coated blade popped in would get you even closer. My plan was to send it in for a satan pe, if they have any left, and sell it then. But the 7 day wait is too long for someone as impatient as myself.

You could also get the 885 KOTM (August 2000) This was a plain edged satin blade mini Sentinel with the exception of G10 vs. aluminum for the Sentinel. The 886 was the production model with a black blade. After that the 885 became gold linered...still trying to figure BM logic out on that one. (this doesn't include the 885 spl that came with no color on the liners)
