BNIB, never used to cut, pocket carried around in the house to check it out. There is a extremely small machine mark near the spine from the factory, it's even "under" the Finish, it's really nothing, just full disclosure. Very smooth action with early lock up. I really love this knife but it's a little big for me to edc, and since I don't "collect" anymore it has to move on. --SOLD-- PayPal/shipped USPS Priority/insured. Know your local laws.
