Up for sale is a brand new Koenig mini goblin black/red cf showside scales. Received this Tuesday but unfortunately has to go. Never carried, used etc...

Hey...I have that exact knife coming to my door in about 1/2 hour...Just curious...one knife nut to another....why are you selling it?
 
You know, adult responsibilities! Been after one for a while, finally got one and unfortunately have to let it go. Got a little carried away as of lately, I'm sure we all have. You will enjoy it, great EDC blades that come from Bill!

Been chasing this one for a few months now. Really happy to finally get one. Now it's on to selling a few knives so I can chase a Shiro 111!

Hey...thanks for getting back to me.... Yeah....I got a little carried away lately...a Cheburkov and the Koenig....but I am selling off some other knives to justify! LOL!
 
So you guys are the ones who got to the two Knifejoy had this weekend...lol...I was trying to scoop one and they sold quick!
 
NO! LOL!....but it is funny that you mention Knife Joy....I had kind or a weird buying experience with them (first time that I bought from them) for a Curtiss F3 Medium Warney...
It all worked out.....but it was touch and go at first...and I LOVE the Curtiss!
I got my Koenig from EDCFoundry. I did no EVEN know that Knife Joy sold these. (I cannot believe that there was one here at a slight discount...you lucky DAWG!)....
I saw the knife about a year ago at EDC...and every time I would go and look; out of stock...and the general word on the street was "good luck" getting one of those. Slicey Dicey just reviewed DaddyO's Ti model...and during his review he made what I am going to call "orgasm noises" about the action. LOL! Doctor Frunkey and Slicey posted reviews of this knife on the same day...yesterday. ....they all were blown away by the action and I can tell you...I AM, TOO! I tightened my pivot just slightly and oh..man. So you should be excited. I was worried about it being too small too...but hey..it's a 3" knife. What is my expectation? LOL! It is fine and I have large, more delicate hands..not meat mitts..and it is solidly "OK"...not fantastic..but very good. The nice thing about this knife is that I can have a killer blade on me that I can take out anywhere, and no one is going to freak out about me having a knife...yet you and I know I have waaaay more knife there than meets the eye. :-)
 
I can tell you what I did....I wanted a particular standard model (not CUSTOM), I could never catch one in stock ...I thought that they were just not being made any more....not so.
I contacted Koenig and asked if they were still producing the knife they said that they were and that they were going to send some out to EDC Foundry (Where I had been on the email notification list for a year with no notification????)... I contacted EDCFoundry and asked if I could purchase one of the upcoming knives before they listed it..(they just throw them up on the website and instagram, I think and offer them 1st-come-first-serve, not sure.).
So I talked to Garrett over at Koenig.
And I talked to Wes at EDCFoundry.
It was someone time consuming and aggressive…but I was able to get my Red CF Koenig Mini Goblin….
Yeah! (Oh...and Garrett said that they were going to send some more knives to EDCFoundry very soon. I do not know what).
Apparently Knife Joy also sells the knives....both EDCFoundry and Knife Joy are smaller retailers, I think..so you may have more luck with them, than some of the bigger houses.
