Boat, Becker Blades, a Beer and an Aquatic Deer

Bald eagle... in IL?? Where in IL? I'm originally from Rockford(unfortunately ;)) and have never seen one back there before.
 
They are fairly common on the IL River this time of year. Don't see as many during the summer etc.
