Hello folks . I made this knife as a no-flex Fillet knife but it would work in the kitchen as well .

It is flat ground, hand sanded satin finished from 5/32" ATS-34 SS. Heat treated to an Rc. 60-61

O.A.L is 10"

Blade is 5" and the sharpened edge is at 4-3/4" , it is 1" wide .

Dressed in Green dyed and stabilized Maple Burl , yellow liners and mosaic pins .

Sheath is right hand carry , 8-9 oz veg tanned grade A leather .

$175.00 + $10.00 for USPS priority shipping in the USA . International orders e-mail me for cost .

Pay-pal or Postal M/O . My PP is sugarland@wwest.net

Thank you all for viewing my offerings .

Only for kitchen use. Why do I say that ?
About the only time crappy micarta type nonsense and chincy asz Kydex"sheaths" :barf:are appropriate is on a boat.
Nice cuddly wood and beautiful leather knives deserve a warm kitchen and the smell of bacon. Yes BACON ! :)
The only thing that plastic garbage deserves is a puddle of blood and some beer piss in the bilge canal.
Hey. You asked ! :p
