Bob Cargill Cripple Creek Identification

Ok that worked better. I'm an admirer of Bob Cargill and his knives, but not an expert by any stretch. There are inmates who are vastly more knowledgeable. I'll refer you to this thread:

Thread 'Bob Cargill Cripple Creek Knives'

Hoping to get a thread going where everyone can post pictures of knives, documentation, links to information on Bob Cargill and Cripple Creek knives. I've searched the forum and unfortunately a lot of pictures have been lost and links are dead. I think these knives are important enough to traditional knife collectors that we need to keep the information going for future collectors.

From what I understand Bob started out by doing repair work for Case and making custom knives before opening Cripple Creek Cutlery in 1981, I'm thinking this Barlow with just Cargill on the tang and the number...

Unfortunately, it appears that some of the pics are gone.

That said, your knife is post 1987 as that's when Cargill moved to Old Fort, TN. I'm a little puzzled that its a Cargill and not a Cripple Creek. The couple of Cargills I've seen were made before Cripple Creek which puts them in the very early eighties at the latest. Makes me wonder if yours was made after Bob lost control of the Cripple Creek name.
 
Thats interesting, I've kept scouring the internet and still cant find anything. I have a worthpoint membership and nothing was on there either.
