Up for sale is a Bob Dozier skinning knife which includes the original horizontal kydex sheath from Bob and also a custom black leather sheath from Chuck at Chuddybear Leather. The sheath from Chuddybear has a front pouch with snap and it's retention is with exacting fit and also rare earth magnets. This sheath will not let the knife go even if shaken upside down. The leather sheath is in new condition and the kydex is also. I cleaned one deer with the knife although you wouldn't know it. Overall a very sweet set up for hunting. If I didn't have several of Doziers knives in this configuration I would keep it. The fit and finish on the leather sheath is excellent. The pics don't do it justice.

Asking $225 shipped. First "I'll Take It" followed by Paypal to gilljr@comcast.net gets it! For the right hunter, this is a bargain. I have more into it than I am asking.

Only trade considerations would be:
Laconico
Doziers
CRK Shadow 4 or Nyala
Gossman Big Boar Tusker
Fiddleback woodsman or hunter
Busse HG55 satin
Busse skinny ash
Busy NMSFNO
Similar style blades...

Is that the discontinued K30 (Whitetail Skinner, I believe)...?

If not, which 'K' series Dozier skinner is it...?

Thanks.

To be honest, I'm not exactly sure, which is why I didn't note that. It very well could be that model though as it looks identical. Ever since I started using the pro guide, it's been sitting in the safe. I had sent several of my doziers out at the same time for leather sheaths which is why the skinner got some new pants. Sorry to not be of more help.

That's fine.......thanks for the attempt. I have a K30, but because he's produced many similar skinners of which many look alike, including discontinued models, I can't really tell if it's a K30 for sure, or not.

The 'Pro Guide' model you now use most often is a very nice skinner, as well. I just ordered a Yukon Pro Skinner from Bob earlier this week and sent him some presentation grade, desert ironwood scales to use on my build. Two years from now, I'm sure that I'll love it.....LOL. Till then, my K30 will likely suffice.

Good luck with your sale and I believe that it is a K30.
