I have a mint condition Bob Dozier Folding Hunter liner lock with beautiful stag handle scales and a satin finished D2 drop point blade for sale. In addition to being one of the top utility fixed blade makers around, Bob makes some of the toughest built folding knives in existence. This piece is the large size, with a 3 5/8" blade and a 8 1/8" OAL, and it is constructed like a tank, with liners about 1/8" thick. In spite of its stout profile, it fills the hand nicely and feels comfortable to hold, and the stag scales add some grip as well. The backspacer is made of ivory.
The Large Folding Hunter listed here does not appear to have ever been carried, used, or resharpened, and its original edge from Bob is extremely sharp. The opening action is very smooth, and the knife opens easily with a good flick of the thumb. I uploaded a video here to demonstrate the action. The lock-up is rock solid, and the blade centering is near perfect.
