Bob Dozier Workhorse.............some suggestions?

WOW! More great suggestions.....and brainstorming is allowed! Bill G, Erik pretty much summed it up. These are as hard to find as hens teeth, but you can. Mine is the 36th one made and Bob has been making this knife for several years!

btw, Johnny that is a laynard hole and I've got some "toxic" green paracord in it forming the Reeve knot, or "Hangmans Noose" knot. Laynards are a GREAT way to personalize knives.

What I'm looking for though is to give the handles some "grip". Thats why I'm thinking checkring, fizzing, or milling.

Just a FWIW..............there is a new Dozier Workhorse for sale over at www.bladeart.com. Again, these are HARD TO FIND so here's one for interested parties!! Here's a pic.

Been there bro'!

Talked with Matt C and its going out to Cali for the FIZZ! Going to create a border about 1/16" in and do the fizz inside it. Sorta like a set of grips on a M1911. Should look great when finished, as everything I've seen Matt do looks good. He mentioned about doing a "meltdown" on the edges of the handles but for now I'm leaving them as they are, and I think it will make the "grip panel fizzing" stand out a little more.
