What's the status on this elusive knife ?
I've heard everything from "still in R&D", "Q.C. recall" to "in transit".
Anybody know the scoop ?
Thanks, Bill

I got one about a week ago. Its nice, the liner appears a bit thin but it locks up solid while engaging only its width (which I like) and it survived the spine whack test.

booshank, where did you get it from and how much did you pay for it?

Mr. Reagan:

I got the Bob Lum/Spydie from Bob himself. He promised to let me know when he got them so when he let me know I jumped on it.
He had plain and partials at the time but I don't think he got many of each, fewer than a dozen total. It cost me $180 which is close to retail(?) but given the rarity and the fact that I actually aquired it for my brother (whos been bugging me for one), I didn't mind.
