Hi Tom,
The latest is that Bob is in Critical but stable condition.
He had an infection last week, that seems to be under control, but as of Sunday he still had a little fever.
Im going to see him on Saturday.

Bob had his status upgraded from Critical to Guarded,,but Stable today.
He is now breathing on his own now.
He is becoming more lucid and was trying to talk to his sister Joyce today.
His first question was "Why did you give Les all of my knives?"
Im looking forward to seeing him this Saturday

Great news Bob was moved out of the ICU today. To what his sister told me is an "intermediate ICU".
His new address is:

He is now recognizing the people who are visiting him. Not able to speak at this time but is mouthing sentences!
He is still working through some other medical issues...but nothing life threatening!

About 4 years ago. He was medivaced to the hospital...4 days in ICU and 10 days total in the hospital.

Thank you Les. That is great news. I have to admit Bob has more guts than I do. When I first came to Atlanta 37 years ago I was on a bike and I 85 was two lanes all the way through the city. I do not have the guts to ride in this city any more as of a decade and 1/2 ago.
