Hi.
Im not sure if this is the right place to ask about this, if not, pls, let me know.
I found a very nice knife made by Bob Steele and I wanted to know your experiences with these knives.
Are they really good? What about L6 Carbon Steel? A little research told me is a good steel, but anyway, I would love to have your input on this.
Thanks in advance

I own 2 Bob Steele knives. I've been collecting "high end" knives and custom knives for 30+ years. I feel they are high quality beautifully made knives. He lives out west. I happened to be dealing with an E-bayer that lives near him and happens to be a friend of his also. He shared many thoughts about him..he lives in seclusion most of the time..but when he pops into town he visits my E-bay friend. I have a LARGE bowie...and purchased a smaller hunting knife later on that has an almost identical handle. They look like a match set. I have them put away somewhere and can't put my hands on them. Otherwise I would post the pictures. Unfortunately I do not have sheaths for either one. Although he will custom make one if requested. Mine do not have the current stamp he puts on his blades. They both are signed with his name on the finger guards. So don't shy away from one if you find one without a blade mark..but is signed on the guard. I will never use the knife..it's way too nice !!! I hope this helps anyone that bumps into this thread. DAVE
