I am very pleased with the service I got from Bob. My TTF-3 needed a lock adjustment from being worn out and I got the knife to him on Monday and told him I would love to get the knife back before Christmas to dice up all the open boxes during the holidays. I got the knife back on Tuesday! That means he took the time out of his schedule to fix my knife the day he received it and get it back to me! He is a class act. I own two of his knives and will definitely add more.
