On a quick google search, it appears, its not out yet, discontinued, or everyone is waiting on the next boatload to come in. I say all three opposing theories as I'm not familiar with this model other than seeing it in a catalog.

I haven't seen one in stock with anyone I deal with, the Tom Krein Psk is around, not quite the same thing though.
 
We just got some in stock on Thursday and will be shipping the backorders through this week. I don't know who will be carrying them at this time.
This knife is not a Boker product, they are mid tech knives designed by Fred and made by a factory in Thiers, France. We are just distributors for Fred in the US. They should be hitting shelves by the end of this week or so. We also have some LaGriffes and some Sharks in stock.
