Late 1890's to 1905ish. Grinder marks on several spots; probably a misguided attempt by an earlier owner to clean them up a bit. Still in very good condition though. The plug is present and works very well, as does the key(getting harder to find the cuffs with the matched plug & key). These have been sitting on my desk for the last decade. Retiring next month and have too much stuff to take home. $275
