you're right!
the depicted "carnage" is perhaps more accurate for a 50 cal rather than 20mm?
still...it's a chilling thought having a huge round with your name on it!

My sons in charge of a 40mm Bofors at Dover Castle a few weeks ago.

Yes, I know there are bits missing!

British capital ships in the second world war carried eight-barrelled 40mm pom-poms for defence against aircraft.
