Something else popped up today that I just had to have, so catch-and-releasing this one along before I get attached. Boker Barlow, 440C clip point blade, made in Solingen, Germany. This knife has walk and talk on par with TC barlows, and I dare say that the action is smoother. Super shiny. Some very faint swirls on the bolsters, as I think this was carried a little by the previous owner, and I carried it for one day. Pretty sure the edge is factory with a little stropping. It cuts well. Pinchable, 5.5-6 pull, no blade play, centering is almost perfect. The Bog Oak is really cool, it's like a slightly lighter, less brown more grey version of Gabon Ebony, but with more grain and character. No box. These sell for about $75 new from the dealers, take this one for $old shipped USPS Priority to CONUS.
Thanks!
Thanks!
