Heavy duty hunter/skinning knife made for hard work in the field. Don't let the term heavy duty fool you guys, this blade balances on the forefinger with just enough weight on the tip to make it very lively. The bowie style blade has plenty of belly for skinning with a slight upward sweep back to the ricasso for those time when you need some leverage.

Steel- 1095x3/16
Heat treated in my shop it tested at 59-60RC
AOL- just shy of 9 inches
Blade- 4 3/8th inches to front of scales, 4 inch edge with drawn swedges, and serrations on spine.
Handle- just shy of 4 5/8 inches
Scales- Jarrett Knives Stabalized Maple Burl, with red vulcanized fiber liners
Brass Corby Rivets and stainless 1/4 inch lanyard tube
Sheath was handsewn by maker using 6-7 ounce vegetable tanned leather. It's a RH two tone design, fitted, tooled and finished out with leather sheen.
