Up for sale today is my Boker ‘Tree Brand’ barlow, pattern 493.
I really like these older Barlow’s. I believe from what I’ve read that this knife was produced around the early 1970’s but I’m not an expert. It has some really nice sawcut handles that I believe are Delrin, but they have nice color. The main clip blade is flat ground with a nice long-pull. The pen blade has a nice strong snap. The main blade is not weak, but not as robust as the pen. It has brass liners and nickel silver bolsters. There is no rust or pitting on the blades or inside springs, but there are a few marks on the outside of the springs. I think this is a USA made Boker.
Price for the knife is $24. I will ship USPS First Class Mail, which includes tracking, included in the price. PayPal only, I will eat any fees. CONUS only. No trades. First 'I'll Take It' posted in this thread gets the knife.
Thank you for looking!
