Looking to buy a Boker 2020 hunting knife. Any comments. Thanks

I don't know about the fixed blade hunters, but Boker's lock backs with 440C blades are great.

Help, a boker toplock with these red inserts that have whitish streaks. looks like an arcrylic type insert. Pretty job, no nail nicks, and the price at 50 bucks seemed OK. So what is this mystery meat material?....Thank you....wolf

Boker has it's good and bad knives.. they have the whole range, from extremely high quality stuff to low quality stuff.


Thos red inserts are red bone.. boker is the world leading expert on colouring bone.
And they like working with it too. They look kinda wood-ish, but not really excactly like wood.. they are nerved, but in a different way.. they look like that? That's bone.

Thats what they look like!!!!! Bone, red GD bone. It is not mine (the bone!!!!!) The Boker is. So it's a 50 buck knife and I did not get raped?...Thanks Wolf

You didn't get raped..it's worth about 50 $.
But if you get a coil spring, you can make it an auto and the it'll raise in price to like 70-80 $. If your vesion has the slot for the spring that is.
