Boker Manufaktur Solingen is at the top of their
Game with their Damascus line. They were
among the first major manufacturers to introduce
Damascus steel blades to the market. They have
more designs in their Collectors series than any
other production knife company.
The design of this folder is unique. The solid
nickel-silver body is made from a single piece.
This iteration of the BOKER Collectors Amboina
Damascus Lockback Folder is absent from
Boker's current catalog. The blade steel in the
current model, 112032DAM, is Chad Nichols
Damascus rather than the original 300-layer
German Damascus steel. I'm a big fan of Chad
Nichols Damascus, but I like the original blade
