Boker Anso 67 - How do You Make this Thing Smoother?

I purchased a new Boker Anso 67. I love the style; however, I am a bit disapointed by its operation. I cannot get it to open buttery smooth. I have less expensive Spyderco's that open much smoother without any blade wobble - and the Spyderco Chockwe is smooth as silk. I greased up the 67 in a variety of ways and that does not seem to help. And when I loosen the pivot screw to where it is really smooth, I get blade play - so I have to tighten it up to remove the blade play, and then it is sticky. Any suggestions on how to make the Anso 67 smoother?

Thanks Charlie Mike. I sent you an email. Like I said, I took it completely apart, cleaned and re-lubed and now I am for the most part satisfied with it. I can flick it open with my thumb. I was wondering if graphite would work better than white grease? I am not sure if there is anything I can do to it mechanically. It is still nowhere near as smooth as my Spyderco Chokwe.
