This knife is brand new and has never been used to cut anything. The box has two flaps missing off of the same end, looks exactly like this:

but is the older/discontinued model with #12091 marked on the hilt. Applegate and Fairbairn signatures and Boker Solingen on front and Germany 440 C Stainless on the reverse.
