Boker Blackbeard 1985 Folding Knife Limited Edition

Solingen Germany produced this Tree Brand folder in 1985 and sold as a limited edition issue to chronicle the exploits of Blackbeard the pirate. There were only 1,000 of these knives produced. This lock-back knife has polished white bone handles with skull and crossbones. The blade is beautifully embellished gold plated Solingen Germany stainless steel with engraved scene of Carolina and Virginia Coast Line on the Atlantic Ocean. Each knife was individually serialized with its number stamped into the bolster. This knife is numbered 0700 in this limited edition. The knife has a handsome walnut display case with a glass top for easy viewing and its original registration brochure, which shows Blackbeard's escapades and untimely death.

Blade measures 3”
Weighs in at 5.8 ounces
Made in Solingen, Germany
The knife was never used and is in mint condition with display box.

Limited Edition 2525 White Lightning Boker Tree Brand Knife

It is hand tooled,blades are high carbon Solingen steel,linings of solid brass,bolsters pins and handle emblem are all nickle silver, handles are made of polished bone, it is 4 1/8" in length (closed position), The serial # is 4276.The etchings on the blades are all symbolic of the moonshiners and revenooers. It includes the original box and registration papers.The knife has always been stored in original box ,has never been carried or sharpened, and blades are tight.
I'll be adding the William Rodgers Bowies later.
