From Boker's website:
150 years of Boker knives - definitely a good reason to celebrate! And of course, we want our customers take part in that celebration. The selected models of this anniversary series are each an important part of Boker history, and thus represent a kind of overview over the years of production, from the oldest of all, our Camp Knife, up to more modern designs like the Cub. These exceptional models are equipped with handle scales crafted of stabilized Curly Birch, in a rich green. The unique grain and color of this wood blends in perfectly with the new blade finish, which is a special mix between a polished surface and a satin finish.

The blades all feature an elaborate two color etching, with a genuine gold etched Boker tree in the ancient version, and a deep black inscription, which creates an amazing contrast and a very special appeal. This type of etching is a very traditional way of applying a logo on a blade, and has a long tradition, especially in Solingen, for high quality knives. Additionally, the tree logo in the handle is a special anniversary edition as well, to underline the uniqueness of this celebration. All knives in this series are made exclusively for the U.S. market, individually serial numbered and strictly limited to 150 pieces each. They are handmade in our Solingen Manufactory, and come in special anniversary packaging with a certificate of authenticity.

Boker and the Camp Knife share this anniversary, because it was produced by Boker from the first year (1869) on. Featuring 4034 blade steel.

What a treat to see so many more wonderful Boker knives both old and newer from redsparrow, Peregrin (love that Damascus blade), Will Power, Bloefield, JohnDF, Half/Stop, Ramrodmb, Pinemoon, and Old Hunter, thanks all!!! Yes, Misplaced Hillbilly, you do need a Boker Knife. :)
And thanks for the nice endorsements towards the Boker book and the mention of the Boker anniversary knives by Zolthar.
Here is a canoe model from 2005.

well, my only Boker is this Barlow that goes to work with me about 1/2 the time, splitting time with the Russell Barlow(which was made by Boker) in this pocket slip with a little flashlight. Perhaps I’ll have see about adding one or two, especially after a few of the photos you’ve posted here....

That camp knife is really calling my name. Very interesting that the Boker camp knife was produced in their first year of manufacturing.

It is a great looking camp knife, but Boker is off just a little on the date of that particular knife which was first produced by them in 1930. Boker offered other multi-blade camp models early on, but not this one.

Thanks for the Boker advertisement, Matt-WY, and wonderful additions from 315, Buzzbait, and ModocED.

Good to know. Are there pictures out there of their earlier camp knife efforts?
