Boker G4 ?

it's not in the 2011 catalog, unless i missed it? don't think i did though. so i guess it could be being changed, or discontinued? dont' know. have to wait from the experts on this one.

Funny you should mention that...the original had a totally different blade design, but incorporated a flipper ala carson. The new laws though, in Germany and most of Europe I am assuming, put an end to that though...

I hope it did NOT get disco'd...

So no U.S. only flipper model then. I understand gotta sell to your market though. I just had a idea for a more "hard use" G4 with a framelock and a flipper, not that I don't think the linerlock can handle my use it's more just a preference after a bad experience...
 
I have two G4s (one stock, one with a polished blade) and I always wished it had a flipper. I suppose you could easily braze / weld a piece of steel to the flat spot where it looks like a flipper would go.
