The clip shown above is what came with mine. There is only one. However, it can be unscrewed, moved, and refastened for horizontal or vertical carry.
 
I like the design, it's definitely different. Despite not being thrilled with Boker quality in the past this one might be worth the gamble.
 
Looking to buy Any original Miltner Adams knifes ( NOT BOKER ) or key chain if you have any used for sale let me know thanks
 
Hello, I know this is a long shot but I have an original Miltner adams ma-2 in titanium. On the blade / handle itself it says Miltner adams, titanium and patent pending. I’ve had it for many years but I’d like to sell it. Please let me know if you would like pictures or have questions.
