Is it a false (sharpened edge) or swedge ?.

If its sharpened we aussies won't get a look in .

TiNi, you guys will be all right.

From post # 15, it's not sharpened:

you could sharpen the false edge, but it could get pretty hard. First of all, the false edge is slightly curved and second, the material is getting thick as closer as you come to the middle spine of the blade. Have a look at the image, and you will see
