Boker Quill Knife

Hello All

I'm trying to identify the time frame this Boker quill knife was manufactured. I know it was before 1900 but that is about all I know. Hoping that there may be some Boker or quill knife experts that can help out. I have copied the link to the photos for review. Thanks.
