Boker Trance - Drop or Clip Point?

Thinking of grabbing a Trance, is either the drop point or clip point (I think the original was a clip?) generally recognized as being better? The clip looks like it'd have a better sweep towards the tip for slicing, but the drop looks to have a wider blade with higher grind...

And just an aside, I wish there was a Subcom with black PE blade :\
 
If you can I'd get both. I have the clip point but the drop point is being dropped as of now so it will be harder to get hold of later down the line. Drop point, then clip point :D.

i second that subcom aside. I just got a DP trance, it's a sweet little knife. It really is an incredible knife for the price... And yeah i was mainly influenced to get the DP because i heard it was being discontinued and Chad was bummed. :) I prefer the drop point, though i guess more for aesthetic reasons than anything else.
 
Didn't know it was being discontinued, in that case I will let that be the definite deciding factor :) Thanks for the info.
