I hate to do this, but I've got to make room for my 77 that should be up for grabs in a few days, and I'd prefer to keep the other 77 in ebony I picked up rather than this one, despite the very unique bone. But my loss will be your gain!
Up for grabs is a Boker Tree Brand Barlow in carbon steel (not sure what kind) and red jigged bone. The jigging is the best part, so unique! The blades are slightly off center, but there is no rubbing. I've used this knife for food prep and to break down a cardboard box or two, and so I've polished off the patina a couple of times already. The action on the main blade is clean, but there isn't the thwack you get from a GEC--more like a case. The pen blade has really good snap, however. The blades weren't very sharp when I bought the knife, but now I've got them satisfactorily sharp. There is slight left/right play on the pen blade, but it isn't very noticeable unless you are looking for it.
I'm asking $50 shipped for this one. I accept PayPal and will ship oversees if the buyer pays the difference in shipping.
