I've been fixing up an old stockman I got while in high school (over 30 yrs ago), and got down to where I only needed the "tree" emblem that Boker uses on its knife handles to complete it, the old one having been lost long ago. I emailed bokerusa.com and they responded almost immediately and volunteered to send me the emblem I needed, which they did. At no charge!Great service from a great company!
